Commusoft, a fast-growing UK technology company, has officially announced the availability of a new estimate parts feature for the company’s all-in-one job management software.
North Greenwich, United Kingdom, 20, December 2017
Commusoft, a fast-growing technology company based in North Greenwich, UK, has today announced the rollout of a long-awaited parts estimation feature for the company’s groundbreaking job management software.
“Clients have been asking us about how to handle parts on estimates for a while,” explained Jason Morjaria, CEO of Commusoft. “We wanted to produce something particularly innovative, something that really solves real problems for clients. Being able to record parts against a job is nice, but being able to get prices from suppliers and compare prices, it what’s going to help our clients save money on every quotation.”
Commusoft’s job management software embodies many industry-leading features and capabilities, but the company decided to go a step further by adding an estimate parts feature. This allows professionals to add required parts to any estimate with the best possible price.
Users can send price requests to multiple suppliers simultaneously and receive fast quotes. When supplier quotes arrive, users can compare prices within the automatically-filled estimate parts table, and then add the chosen supplier and parts to the estimate.
Convenient filters are included to check for pending prices, outdated pricing and other errors, which can be fixed with a quick manual edit. Users are then able to add everything to the total price estimate and send it to their potential customer.
Users are also able to save time and effort by creating part kits for common jobs that require the same replacement parts. These kits can be added to the estimate parts feature for greater speed and accuracy.
“We’re proud to announce this much-anticipated feature,” Jason stated. “It helps to automate processes that would previously have to be done manually, saving precious time and resources, while building additional value for our users’ customers.”
