Remote desktop access
Sometimes we can find the solution even faster if we can see what you can see on your screen. Therefore we run remote desktop sessions that allow us to view and take temporary control of your computer whilst on the phone to you. This means we can walk you through the solution as we explain it, which not only fixes the issue but also saves you time and increases your knowledge of Commusoft.
