An integrated HR database
Paying for a full human resources (HR) system is a big expense that is likely only required by the largest field service businesses. Commusoft allows you to manage the vast majority of your company processes from one piece of software and can save you time and money. With the user management feature, you can store all the necessary information on your staff within a secure database, as well as electronic copies of important documents like certificates, licenses and P45s. If they have qualifications that will expire, you can include them here and set up reminders for when it’s time to renew. Provide secure logins
In order to allow for multiple Commusoft users with the same name, we assign each company a unique ID which they use to access their account. Of course, we understand these IDs are easy to forget if you don’t need to use it again for a while — and you likely won’t as we keep both desktop and mobile users logged in for ease of use. However, if you do feel like you’re likely to forget this ID and get logged out for whatever reason you can also login via Google or Facebook. There’s no need to remember separate passwords and login details.

Shift Patterns – available for Automation plan users, lets you set up shifts for each of your users to assist with scheduling.
