If enabled, the engineer profile portal is automatically shared via SMS text message when the engineer taps ‘Travel’ in their mobile app. Nobody likes to overshare, so as soon as the engineer arrives or if they cancel the job for any reason, their location will immediately stop being shared with the customer. The engineer profile updates accordingly to keep the customer up to date with their current status.

Alongside the real-time location, the profile includes the engineer’s name, photo, industry credentials, as well as the job number and description of the work they are completing. By providing your customers with this professional employee profile, they can be reassured exactly who to expect at their property.
